The project is structured around 8 Workstreams, subdivided into 2 to 6 work packages. In order to ensure rapid and coherent management, two levels will be set:
At strategic level, a Steering Board composed of a UIC representative(s), the system suppliers, the railways and the Project Manager, assisted by the Technical Advisory Board.
At operational level, firstly represented by a Project Management Committee (PMC), and secondly by a Project Management Office. The PMC is composed of WS leaders chaired by the Project Manager and is supported by the PMO composed of the UIC project Coordinator and ALMA, which supports the PM in the day-to-day management and overall coordination activities.
